Amplifies testosterone and lowers estrogen, exceptionally well. Clinical test data on individual compounds suggests a testosterone boost of 347% compared to baseline, while lowering estrogen by 35%.

The active ingredient in Prototest Lockdown 2 is D-Aspartic Acid which has shown to play a role in sperm production and the release of testosterone, growth hormone and luteinizing hormone.

An Italian study found that supplementing with 3000 mg of D-Aspartic Acid for 12 days increased LH levels by 33% and testosterone by 42% for 87 percent of the subjects.

Researchers point to the fact that after 12 days testosterone levels were significantly higher and stayed higher for three days after stopping the supplementation.
